Before starting production or import sales of cosmetics, manufacturers/importers must report the detailed information of the cosmetics to the Food and Drug Administration of Thailand.

The applicant needs to take the following steps:

  1. Thai cosmetic agents submit facility inspection reports.
  2. Submit detailed information for cosmetic registration.
  3. Receive registration certificate.
  4. Import cosmetics.

TFDA requires that operators engaged in the production and sales of cosmetics, as well as those engaged in commissioned production or import business, must provide inspection reports on cosmetics production facilities, import facilities, and storage facilities in accordance with the notice of the Ministry of Public Health.

The specific process is as follows:

  1. After the project starts, Wiselink will provide a complete list of registration documents to assist clients in preparing.
  2. Review the information submitted by the client for gap analysis and provide guidance.
  3. Bring the file to a registrable state.
  4. Wiselink can provide Thai translation services for native language files.
  5. Follow up on the registration process and be responsible for interacting with TFDA.
  6. Assist clients in rectifying registration documents.
  7. Follow up until obtaining the certificate.
  8. If you need follow-up customs clearance, local logistics services, and express delivery services, you can also consult Wiselink.
